Taking Back Control: What Fuels My Passion to Help Women Thrive
Today, I found myself reflecting on why I do what I do—and I wanted to share what fuels my passion for helping women like you.
I help women take back control of their lives—whether it’s around food, body image, relationships, or breaking free from the constant pressure to do it all.
As a woman and mom, I get it:
👉🏼 The pressure to be everything to everyone and still keep it all together.
👉🏼 How easy it is to lose yourself in the roles of mom, partner, friend, or employee.
👉🏼 The stories we’ve been told about who we should be—and how those stories can hold us back.
But here’s the truth I’ve come to believe (and what I aim to help every woman realize):
✨ You’re already an amazing, worthy human being—just as you are right now. No changes required.
✨ If you’ve ever felt stuck or like life is just happening to you, you have the power to rewrite those stories and live on your own terms.
✨ Goals are great, but they should come from a place of your values—not from trying to please others or fit into someone else’s version of success.
✨ Life isn’t about perfection; it’s about finding what feels good for YOU and learning to trust yourself again.
✨ There is no “better than here.” Wherever you’re headed, the same thoughts and emotions will come with you. That’s why doing the inner work matters as much as any outer change.
If this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone. These are the lessons I’ve had to learn in my own life, and they’ve transformed how I show up in the world. It’s also why I’m so passionate about helping other women unlearn the stories that hold them back and take their power back.

Transformation Isn’t About Adding More—It’s About Letting Go
“Every time you say yes when you mean no, you lose a little bit of yourself.”
Sometimes the real transformation comes from letting go of all the BS weighing you down—not adding more to your plate. Let that sink in.
Everything that led me to the woman I am today—the woman I am still becoming—has been all about unlearning the bullshit beliefs handed to me. I didn’t create some new version of myself. She was always there, waiting.
Here are just a few things I had to unlearn (yep, some are still a work in progress):
Rules of diet culture.
Constant stories of “not enough” that were drilled into me.
The definition of success passed down from family, society, school, and social media.
Seeking external approval to feel worthy.
That taking time for me is "selfish."
Pleasing everyone else at the expense of my own happiness.
Saying YES just to be agreeable. (Every time you say yes when you mean no, you lose a little bit of yourself.)
Holding in the feels because we weren’t taught any other way.
Unlearning these things didn’t happen overnight, and some days, it’s still a battle. But each step has been worth it because it brought me closer to me.
It wasn’t about adding more or changing who I was. It’s been about peeling back the layers of crap that were piled on top of who I’ve always been.
If you’re done feeling stuck in the stories that no longer serve you, let’s change that together. Whether it’s 4 months or 6, we’ll create a roadmap to help you let go of the crap and step into the badass version of yourself who’s been waiting all along.
